A NIGHT IN PORTUGAL
Join us for a fantastic Portuguese Wine & Food Pairing Dinner on Tuesday, March 23rd at 6 pm.
All 4 flavorful dishes will be prepared by our Portuguese Chef, Jo Vagos.
Each dish will be paired with amazing Portuguese wines presented by WSET Wine Educator, Daniel Duica.
Cost $85 per person (does not include tax or gratuity).
Welcome drink - White Porto Tonic with lime and mint
First course - Arugula salad with Bela Lisboa goat cheese and orange dressing paired with Dao Meia Encosta white wine
Second course - Broiled filet of salted cod with sautéed onions paired with Dao Pedra Cancela white wine
Third course - Traditional Portuguese steak paired with Mula Velha red wine
Dessert - Pastel de nata paired with Ruby Port
