Dr. David N. Jacobsen

Dr. David Jacobsen is the owner and director of OneCare Spine & Injury Centers. We specialize in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain related to sports trauma, auto accidents, falls and degenerative conditions. We focus on the cause and treat using conservative, non-invasive modalities. These include chiropractic care, Myofascial release, rehabilitation, StemWave and much more. Diagnostic testing includes EMG/NCV studies for determining the cause and severity of radiating symptoms.

We also perform CDL physicals for commercial drivers, DOT and Non-DOT pre-employment exams as well as drug and alcohol testing. We are listed on the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administrations Registry and Dr. Jacobsen is a Certified Medical Examiner.
